Abstract

In order to tackle multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) issues in invest- ment sector analysis, this paper introduces a novel Complex Picture Fuzzy Hypersoft Set (CPFHSS) framework. Through the integration of complex- valued membership, neutral, and non-membership degrees, the CPFHSS model increases the representation of uncertainty. To increase decision ac- curacy, new distance and similarity metrics are offered, such as a complex Hamming distance. The framework displays strong decision-support capa- bilities for sustainable financial and economic growth by successfully rank- ing investment alternatives under uncertainty using the CPFHSS-TOPSIS method.
